Cancellations & Replacements Policy
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

- Replacement & Exchange Policy
We offer replacements or exchanges only if the supplier agrees, in the following cases:
*You received a damaged or defective product.
*The product is significantly different from the description.
*You received the wrong item.
Replacements & exchanges will NOT be provided for:
*Change of mind or incorrect product selection.
*Minor differences in color, design, or size due to screen resolution.
*Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing packaging. - How to Request a Replacement or Exchange
- Contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of delivery with: Order ID, Clear images of the product and packaging (for damaged/defective items), Reason for the replacement/exchange request.
- Once approved by the supplier, we will process the replacement or exchange.
- No Returns & No Refunds
- We do not accept returns of any products.
- We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
- Only replacements or exchanges will be processed if approved by the supplier.
